Beer description
Since modern beer orginates from Europe, the ingredients tend to mirror that. We believe that beer should try and reflect the local flora and fauna. Our local maltster Matt Cunningham of Rustic Brew Farm produced some lovely malted corn for us. After over 11 months in barrels, we got this wonderful beer that highlights the barrel and local malt. We plan to further explore this style while highlighting more native grains in the future
