Pretentious Barrel House - Suffusion

Our sour blonde aged in Watershed bourbon barrels. These barrels once held Four Peel Gin. We loved the idea of citrus and gin, so we doubled down by adding a large dose of orange and lemon lime and grapefruit zest. The resulting beer is a light and refreshing sour with a lovely citrus character.
