Beer description
A collaboration with our friends at The Butcher & Grocer. This beer found its inspiration from their blueberry breakfast sausage. This dark sour was aged for 12 months in wine barrels and finished in maple bourbon barrels for an additional 5 months. Several hundred pounds of blueberries were added resulting in this incredibly delicious beer.
