Beer description
Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sangiovese grapes were added to our sour red base, our first-time using wine grapes. The character we got is complex beyond any fruit previously used. The beer is rich, dry, sweet, and sour simultaneously (wow). The longer you drink it, the more interesting flavors it reveals, like the russian doll of beers.
