They took their passion fruit taproom favorite with vanilla and lactose and gave it an herbal twist with chamomile and lavender. This was such a surprising pairing. The floral lavender creates an enchanting aroma while the chamomile provides an earthy counterpoint to the passion fruit. They will definitely be working with these ingredients in the future.
