Pretentious Suffusion

Their sour blonde aged in Watershed bourbon barrels. These barrels once held Four Peel Gin. They loved the idea of citrus and gin so they doubled down by adding a large dose of orange, lemon, lime, and grapefruit zest. The resulting beer is a light and refreshing sour with a lovely citrus character.
