he beer is a slightly hazy ruby-red color with a medium pinkish-white head that burns away steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of raspberry, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a tart raspberry character and notes of mildly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a raspberry aftertaste.
