Pretoria Fields Collective - Rye Charles

This deep amber colored Rye IPA is made with brewery own organically grown grains. The heirloom rye variety that they grew produces notes of citrus in addition to the nutty and spicy character you would expect from rye. To compliment the subtle graininess of the malt flavors, they chose hops which offer apricot and peach notes to create a balanced IPA inspired by the South. A relatively dry finish with a pleasant hop bitterness will be appreciated by an IPA lover, but this beer is suitable for all.
