At first we let our cat write the description to our Prickly Puss Sour, as we thought she would bring a fresh perspective on the origins of its name. But, it was full of profanities and slandered the good name of beer in its entirety. So we’ll keep it simple… With a hefty amount of classic German Pilsner malts and wheat, then finished with a dose of Prickly Pear, this refreshing sour is going to be the top of your summer love-it list.
