The Primeur is back! The very first beer from our brewery. And this one was well liked. Therefore, no longer a one-off but a new edition every year. A beer to enjoy. Dark blond with a golden glow and full of flavour. Slightly sweet, fruity aromas reminiscent of apricot and figs with hints of caramel and vanilla. Velvety smooth with a modest, pleasant bitterness. Brewed according to a centuries-old monastic tradition, using grain and hops from the region and the purest water. And above all, no hurry, the beer really gets the time and attention it needs. And you can taste that.
