Beer description
ETTL Hell – Reinterpreted, typical Bavarian
The ETTL Hell from the Privatbrauerei Ettl was re-formulated in 2024 with a clear goal: to create a light, drinkable Helles with a distinctive character. A beer that not only convinces with the first sip, but also makes you crave the next glass.
Visually, the ETTL Hell is presented with a striking owl on the label – a symbol for its origin from the Bavarian Forest. The "hoppy greetings" on the design charmingly underline its regional roots.
In terms of taste, the beer is pleasantly balanced: a subtle malt aroma meets a slightly sweet aftertaste, accompanied by very gentle bitterness. The hops are deliberately restrained, giving the beer its mild, accessible character. In true "typical Bavarian" fashion, a fine, spicy hay note harmoniously rounds off the finish.
An uncomplicated yet characterful Helles – perfect for those looking for a beer where one glass is rarely enough.
Hopfiger als der Durchschnitt.
Ein leichtes sehr süffiges Helles. Gut gekühlt perlt es fein. Eine stabile Schaumkrone, goldige Farbe und im Abgang angenehm hopfig. Schmeckt nach mehr.
