Prizm - Bothered in persistence is a DDH DIPA with Mosaic Dynaboost, Simcoe, Loral and HBC 1019 hops. The Mosaic Dynaboost hops release notes of tropical fruit and ripe berries, in harmony with the resinous, fruity depth of the Simcoe. Loral adds a delicate floral and citrus touch, while HBC 1019, an experimental hop, reveals unique aromas of exotic fruits and a hint of wood. On the palate, this DDH DIPA offers creamy sweetness and herbal freshness.
