Prizm - Knives in the Back is a DDH DIPA. Knives In The Back: Two dry hops of Ahtanum, HBC 630 & Mosaic have created a DDH DIPA with 8%. This smooth and sweet hop juice in US style is very pintable if you prove worthy of its IBU and ABV. Taste: A bitterness that follows you from start to finish, accompanied by a citrus kick provided by the Mosaic. The Ahtanum hops from the Pacific Northwest add their floral vibe, as well as a spicy and resinous twist. Finally, the HBC 630, one of the experimental newcomers from Yakima Chief Hops, brings a fruity sweetness back, like a remix of berries and red fruits.
