Central Waters Brewing - Probably Fine

This beer is a fun exercise on playing with different ingredients and allowing them to interact with one another in different ways to create fun and unique flavors. The sum of the parts equals a whole type of situation. Brewed with our house Saison strain and layered with a delicate amount of pineapple, turmeric, & Szechuan peppercorns. The pineapple dances a bit of tropical character, the Szechuan peppercorns add a zest of citrus/ lemongrass note, and the turmeric adds a really nice golden glow & earthy finish that all seem to blend and hang out very nicely with the Saison yeast.
