Wittorfer - Probefahrt 2023

A yeast laboratory from Hungary offered us the opportunity to test their yeast free of charge. As we are always curious, we immediately ordered a fresh batch of yeast and brewed a really fruity and tart IPA. In addition to a lot of wheat and oat malt, we used Talus and Wai-iti hops. The result is an exciting beer with a very unique flavour. So, what do you think - how do you like the test drive?
