Beer description
Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, well lacing, white head. Grassy, spicy, minimally strawy, pale malty aroma, a yeasty touch of dust, some cracker, cautious fruity overtones of overripe pear with a minimally waxy touch. Taste is spicy pale malty, slightly grassy and minimally fruity hoppy, hints of cracker, a touch of overripe pear, a minimally waxy touch, very subtle biscuity malty sweetness. Relatively rich and complex for the style, very clean and well balanced.
