Aroma- clear red fruits, with subtle sourness and well-balanced brett notes (clean stable and leather note). Nice pink colour, clear, with a medium-high, good-looking head. Taste- fantastic, clear, but not tiring brett notes in the first place. Then come clear, but neither sour nor sweet black currant. No bitterness. Low-bodied, with a low carbonation. Very refreshing and easy-drinking. Surprisingly complex for such a light beer.
