Browar Profesja - Pirat

Aroma- mega classic composition of intensive prunes, chocolate and bready notes in the background. Dark brown, clear, with a medium, good looking, creamy beige head. Taste- very stylish, more cocoa than chocolate, clear pumpernickel and still wonderful prunes, which add sweetness. Silky, smooth, medium bodied, with a minimal carbonation. It's so "baltic", and so well matured, that I'm totally astonished. Awesome beer.
