Aroma- lemon grass, then come some mango, litchi and biscuit-grainy maltiness. Pale, a bit hazy, with a high, classy head and a great lacing. Taste- more herbal notes, with a lemon grass and maybe some white wine notes as well. In the background, there are soft, grainy maltiness- it doesn’t affect on the hoppy side, just gives another dimension. Low bitterness, semi-dry, medium-low-bodied, with a medium carbonation. Easy-drinking, tasty Summer Ale with an interesting hop from RSA.
