Profesja Szofer

Aroma- intensive, very pleasant citrus notes (mainly orange and lemon). Coriander is noticeable in the background. Pours with a massive head, it took about 5 minutes to pour full glass. Yellow, cloudy, head disappeared. Taste- clear, fresh citrus notes, then comes not overdone coriander. Low bitterness. Low bodied, with minimal carbonation (could be higher). It's a stylish, Belgian Witbier, but with some drawbacks- I suppose, fresh batch could be very, very good.
