The strength of the beer, which corresponds more to wine, inspired us to age in oak barrels after Pinot Blanc from the Gurdau winery. After 10 months, there was a beautiful rounding of the rich floral scent and the creation of a delicate acidity. This is underlined by a dry slightly woody and warm aftertaste. Simply an exclusive combination of beer and wine!
