Beer description

Most brewers are of the opinion that yeast can be "rotated" about 5-6 times without degrading. But Jan Paul from the Danish Svaneke brewery has been using the same yeast for years and hundreds of batches. So brewery cooked the base for Ventill lager and used these carrots from Denmark for fermentation.
