Cumaru is nicknamed "Amazonian vanilla", it is a very aromatic seed with a lot of presence, reminiscent of vanilla and spicy aromas of cloves and spices! It matched too much with RIS! The Cacau da Bahia added in nibs brought even more personality to the recipe!
