Pühaste - Embus Bourbon BA

A black barley wine aged in bourbon barrels. Brewed in collaboration with Alive Brewing. The aroma is a blend of bourbon-soaked plums, dates, and raisins, complemented by notes of toasted rye bread, toffee, and portwine. The palate is both sweet and dry, warming, full-bodied and almost liqueur-like. Layers of dried fruit, coffee, raw cocoa, and tobacco take center stage, while the bourbon warmth lingers in the aftertaste. A deep and rich barley wine offering a complex depth of flavor.
