Pühaste - Ivory Tower Riwaka

Our newest release in the advanced single hop products series is brewed with Riwaka. We used Amplifire pellets, Amplifire oil from Clayton farms, SubZero HopKief and T-90 pellets from Freestyle farms. The aroma and flavour of this beer is vibrant and fruity, bursting with intense tropical and citrus notes. It showcases distinct tones of passionfruit and grapefruit, with hints of lime zest and tangerine. There’s a gentle herbal quality as well, carrying a touch of spice that brings an extra layer of complexity to its character.
