Roulette Hop Series is a series showcasing new and experimental hop varieties. This IPA contains 50% Alora and 50% Strata hops. This deep golden coloured beer has a playful, fruit-forward aroma showcasing notes of passion fruit, orange, yuzu and peach. The flavor is juicy and smooth, ripe tropical fruits mixed with bright citrus accents. The finish becomes slightly dry with moderate bitterness. The result is a juicy, flavorful and effortlessly enjoyable IPA.
