Pühaste - Roulette Hop Series: HBC 1019

Roulette Hop Series is a series showcasing new and experimental hop varieties. HBC 1019 is the tenth IPA in the Hop Roulette series, using 50% HBC 1019 and 50% Mosaic hops. The aroma is reminiscent of a tropical dessert - ripe fruits (pineapple, mango, orange) in vanilla sauce, sprinkled with coconut flakes. The taste reflects the tropical fruits and creaminess of the aroma, but the moderate bitterness balances the lush sweetness of the fruits. An intensely hoppy but pleasantly balanced IPA. Contains: barley, oat and wheat malt.
