Pühaste - Vitosha

Brewed in collaboration with Sofia Electric brewery featuring Mosaic, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin T-90 pellets, Motueka Amplifire oil, Motueka SubZero Hop Kief. Nose opens with ripe fruits and pine, taste adds fresh citrus and herbal notes. The palate is bold yet crisp, with firm bitterness and a clean malt backbone. The finish is dry, citrusy and pleasantly resinous.
