Beer description
Given the opportunity, after the Czech This Out!¨collaboration, we decided to tweak the winning Markku Leminen's recipe from this year's SMASH Homebrew Competition. Just a little bit.
To the fantastic base, we added the Czech modern hops in the phase of dry hopping - Saturn and Kazbek, which blended very nicely with the previously incorporated Saaz.
It gives us a very nice addition of floral, spicy, and tropical flavors and aromas. So good. Mr. Kafka would be pleased
