Pulfer - Sourovska

Fruited Pastry Sour. Blackberries, pineapple & lactose. This fruited pastry sour - Sourovska - is a collaboration between Hotch Potch and Pulfer breweries! The addition of blackberries gave it a nice reddish colour followed by a fruity mouthfeel. Some wheat was added for haziness and lactose as well, to balance its sour side and make it a cool sweet & sour beer which, believe, will be liked even by those who have never tried sour beers before!
