Beer description
The first of our seasonal offerings. We used over 30 pounds of fresh pumpkin, hand roasted and mashed by our brewers, to create an intriguing background flavor to this ale. We added nutmeg, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, and whole vanilla bean in the boil and after fermentation to give it a subtle festive spiciness for the holiday season. (small batch, limited brew)
