Top-fermented Munich Ale, to which fresh young spruce shoots are added after the hop plant, which give the beer a unique resinous and floral character. Beer only lighter, well drinkable, the cut is lower. The taste is a strong hop bitterness from the used American hops, complemented by the aroma of spruce shoots. Both positions complement each other pleasantly in taste.
