Quartiermeister is mainly made from regional raw and auxiliary materials. The brewery draws its water from the municipal water supply, which is fed from the deep wells of the Lausitzer Seendland and is processed into brewing water in the brewery. The malt is supplied by the Heidenau malt house near Dresden and the malting barley required for the malting is preferably purchased from Saxony and Thuringia. The hops for our conventional Pilsner come from the Elbe-Saale growing region (near Dresden).
