Beer description
Brazilian Extreme Imperial Stout with many national ingredients: Coffee, Vanilla, Molasses, Rapadura and Brown Sugar. Besides VERY malt the addition of these roasted sugars guarantees 16% alcohol in the beer. In addition to the 111 IBUs from the hops, an extra bitterness was added by the “dry-coffeeing” technique using 100% Arabica coffee from Minas Gerais, which has a slight acidity. At maturation, the beer also received oak and vanilla chips in broad beans.
