Cookie is Good test version. To make this very American Brown Ale, we deconstructed a classic American Cookie recipe and used it as a base to build this beer. We used wheat, vanilla beans, cocoa nibs and brown sugar to complement the cookie touch in the beer that uses several different malts and has just the right amount of hops to balance this madness.
