Is an Imperial Stout sour? Yes!!! Stouts are dark ales with flavors and aromas of coffee, roasted malt, and chocolate. Here this is added to the sourness which only increases the complexity and drinkability. This beer was a collaborative challenge between QG and Mad Dwarf and all the Lactobacillus, Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces involved ;) A big welcome to the sour of a different beer, from start to finish, enjoy every moment!
