Wild Ride Brewing - Quencher

Quencher is a session beer brewed for the consumer who's looking for an easy-drinking, full- flavored refreshing beer. Premium malts, including two-row, white wheat, carapils, acidulated and light caramel malts are balanced by Northern Brewer hops in the boil, and the tropical Citra hop during the whirlpool. In addition, calamansie lime is added to this ale to bring a pleasant aroma and slight tart flavor, which is then balanced by adding ginger. Golden in color, and low in alcohol and bitterness, this beer is approachable and won't wear down your palate.
