This beer with notes of peat, smoke, camphor and citrus is confusing on the nose and on the first sip, but you have to insist and on the 5th or 6th sip it might be one of your favourite beers !
A beer to be enjoyed at the end of the evening or with a meal of smoked meat, well matured fromafge or as an accompaniment to a very good home-smoked wild salmon !
Whisky, smoke and pep...an epicurean beer !
