Railroad Brewing - Lo Zar

“Zar” was the nickname of Igor Protti, a centre-forward who made history – amongst others – with Bari and Livorno. The beer named after him is a stout. Pitch black. Light, with an alcohol content of just 4.5%. On the nose, hints of roasted coffee, which are also found on the palate alongside a balsamic note of liquorice. Medium-bodied with low carbonation.
