Lovely copper-colored bock with lowered hop bitterness and some residual sweetness. Buur Beer is dedicated to Randers Ældre Købmands- Liiglaug, which in the oldest sources from 1417 is written about the guild drink: "Likewise, the guild drink must be kept God's Body Day and Shrovetide, and whoever does not participate in the guild drink shall be fined half a barrel of Buur Beer, if he is not legally due."
