The Rare Barrel - Mister Tea

Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeasty, grapefruit citrus, mineral, a little earthy. The flavour is moderate sour with a clean, crisp, yeasty tart citrus, stone fruit, dry mineral, light herbal palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.
