Rare Bird Maple Ale

Fresh sap from local maple farms finds its way into the kettle as the base for this uniquely Nova Scotian brew. Maple Ale have a nice balance of hops and malt along a hint of fresh local maple syrup and spice to create a copper coloured, light-bodied ale that celebrates the bounty of Nova Scotia forests.
