Now in its fifth year, our pals at Northern Monk paid a visit to our Edinburgh brewery to help create something special. A combination of raspberries and banana purée creates a thick, smooth mouthfeel and intense aromas of both fruits. Topped off with a dusting of nutty pecan, our Raspberry Banana Pecan Lassi Gose is a vegan friendly delight that rounds off each sip with a refreshing, light acidity.
