Guava & Redcurrant Sour. In the salvo of our first 7 beers that we released in June 2022, we included Amstramgram, a Blackcurrant, Blackberry and Red Pepper Sour. We followed that up with Pic & Pic (Mango & Bergamot Sour), Colégram (Raspberry & Litchi Sour), Boo Ray, Boo Ray! (Sour Pineapple & Thai Basil) and then... no Ratatam. So here it is, in the form of a Guava and Redcurrant Sour. You'll find the smoothness of the guava awakened by the redcurrant, which livens things up with its natural acidity.
