To make the atypical pairing of the powers of hops and sour combine for good, we had to call on our own powers as technically proficient brewers. We specifically selected heaps of Citra that were heavy on citrus flavours and light on anything too biting. The result is something citrusy enough to call Florida home but doesn’t contain anything that grew in a grove. In short: it’s no pulp, all fiction. How’s that for brewing acrobatics?
