Beer description
Brewing one beer with Verdant didn’t feel like enough and there are very few English brewers that would say no to brewing a decocted lager in Prague. Meet Reasonably Stupid – all-floor-malted-pilsner malt 11-plato lager with locally-grown Saaz hops used throughout the boil. And awesome Motueka on dry hop. Borrowing inspiration from Californian breweries making wonders of combining the continental styles with bold dry-hopping, Reasonably Stupid is our take on West Coast Lager. A super pale, lean and clear lager with balanced, noble bitterness and all the refreshing lime on the nose. Or, to put it short, what would happen if a pale Czech lager and mojito had a baby?
