Dok Brewing Co - Rebel

For the exhibition REBEL by iconic Ghent painter Dees De Bruyne at the Zebrastraat we brewed a beer with the same name as the exhibition. In terms of artwork this we chose the artwork "L'ultima Cena". The beer became a smoothly drinkable 4.2% Kölsch, elegantly hopped with Belgian Comet and Czech Saaz. These two hops provide just that extra fruity touch in this usually lager-like style.
