Rebrew (Reformation Brewery) - Freyja Pine Shoots Berliner Weisse

In the spring, we carefully collected pine shoots from the surrounding brewery forests, ground them up, and added them to our beer. The result is a light and refreshing Berliner Weisse — a sour wheat beer with pleasant grainy notes balanced by a light tartness. The pine shoots add wonderful piney notes to the taste and aftertaste of the beer.
