Rebrew (Reformation Brewery) - Hot Pepper Wild Ale Bourbon Barrel Aged

For our 6th anniversary, we have prepared a special beer from our barrel project! This wild ale with smoked red hot peppers on alder shavings was aged in a bourbon barrel for more than two years! The result is a tart-sour combination of pepper aroma, spiciness and smoky smokiness, complemented by notes of oak. Some will find it very spicy, while others will not.
