Beer description
A traditional Belgian Saison, aged for almost a year in a French wine barrel. WLP644 Saccharomyces Bruxellensis Trois yeast, designed for wild fermentation of beer, was used for aging. The Saison turned out to be moderately dry, tart, with low acidity and light spicy notes of spices and stone fruits
